Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing stainless steel Door Handles H-Type of 450mm length of Dorma or approved equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Glass Door patch lock of Dorma or approved equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Design supply & installation of Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly at top. The spider shall be connected to stainless steel frame work means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints betwee glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts,spiders, washer, SS channel etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing and laying 18 to 20mm thick superior Granite stone Flooring, machine cut in required size, approved shade, color and texture laid over 15 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) followed by laying and fixing with highly polymer single component adhesive like Gold Star of Balendura / Pidilite / Laticrete / Ferrouscrete or equivalent with minimum 6-8mm thickness and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with matching pigment, including rubbing and curing etc. complete at all levels. The bottom surface and four sides of the granite flooring shall be pre treated before laying with two or more coats of water proof penetrating shield treatment by Roff Stone Gaurd (SB) of PIDILITE/ OLE Repella of DRY TREAT (AUSTRALIA)/under tiles & stone primer of BAL ENDURA / Ferro 201 of Ferrouscrete OR Approved equivalent with Minimum three years warranty . The top surface of the granite flooring shall be treated with two or more coats of stain proof penetrating shield treatment on the top surface of granite floor surface by Roff Stone Gaurd Wb of PIDILITE/ Stain proof shield of DRY TREAT (AUSTRALIA)/high perfomence sealer of BAL ENDURA OR Approved equivalent with minimum three years warranty which includes initial one dense coat during execution and subsequent one or more coats as per direction EIC at completion stage. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's recommendation including final buffing, cleaning etc at final stage of building work complete as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .( Please note;- The manufacture should give the warranty of product for minimum 3 years Till commissioning (Sample of granite stone shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge) Note: - The Process includes cost of granite stone (cutting/ wastage/ Pre-polishing/ laying with mortar/ drying/ fixing treatment with Water Proof Penetrating Shield Treatment, treating top surface with Stain Proof Penetrating Shield, complete) Machine cut, mirror polished steel grey/Kashmiri Gold/white Glaxy/Imperial white granite stone slabs or any other colour approved by EIC of required size ( genaral area)

Providing and fixing 10mm thick mirror polished,machine cut granite stone in required size and shade, for skirting,riser of steps & similar locations laying and fixing with highly polymer single component adhesive like Gold Star of Balendura / Pidilite / Laticrete / Ferrouscrete or equivalent with minimum 6-8mm thickness and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with matching pigment, including rubbing and curing etc. complete at all levels. etc complete at all levels as directed by Engineer in charge.(Samples to be got approved by EIC before procurement) b) Machine cut, mirror polished Jet black granite Tiles for skirting

Providing and fixing in position 4mm thick Aluminium composite panels(ACP) in external face, column, structural steel columns and beam, and any other location in required profiles as per direction of Engineering in charge. Approved make confirming to ASTM standard/ specification core sandwitched between two skins of 0.5mm thick to have overall thickness of 4mm with exterior coating of PVDF paint. The item includes straight/ slope curvilinear profiles and shapes including all accessories and incidental works. This item also includes application of approved silicon sealant in the joints to make it watertight. The ACP sheets to be fixed using mechanical fastens and cleats on structures. The cost includes ACP material, cleats, labours, fastners, screws etc. to fix aluminium composite panels to walls, aluminium frame work in required profiles including cutting in truss joining area as per the direction of Engineer In Charge. Only the cost of Aluminium required for fixing ACP sheet as per site requirement, framework wherever required will be paid extra.

Providing and fixing Aluminium for fixing ACP and other cladding sheets as per direction of Engineer in charge. Hollow sections of size 50x25x3mm and 25x38mm to be provided and fixed in this item. This item includes necessary screws, bolts and fastners required for fixing Aluminium sections in required profiles (including bending if required) to concrete, walls and column and any other faces. The weight of aluminium only measured in kilogram and nothing extra shall be payable.
