| 1.00 | The tenderer/firm shall completely automate (Unmanered Automation) Raw water and all centrifugal pumps till MBR as per decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and the above units shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operates from Section Office / Sub Divisional/Divisional Officer Sundernagar, at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by JSV and operated from main SCADA. The entire automation is to be carried out as per the technical data sheets for Electric, Instrumentation and automation works. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at all Raw water, Clear water submersible and centrifugal lifting of water delivered in a hour, day and month shall be generated at main control station. IOT based devices shall be installed at each Main storage tank location, which shall send messages through SCADA station at remote access Automation system must be compatible with the existing/new Starter installed in the pump house Compatible PLC, HMI and IOT Panels shall be installed and data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer system module. This module shall have a communication to web data transfer system module communication. The Control/ PLC station shall management and report with laser jet printer and require furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done.
