Design Build cost of all Project Coponents (Sum of amount calculated in Schedule 1 to 6)

Annual Operation and Maintenance Cost for 8 years for complete scheme (as Calculated in Schedule 7)

This Price bid comprises of Two parts Part-I Cost for planning, design- build of all civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation work for all project components Part-II Cost for operation and maintenance during O&M period of 8 years of complete scheme Note:- 1) Rates quoted by the bidder in the financial bid Proposal Sheets shall be evaluated. 2) The Acceptance letter / work order shall be issued to successful bidder for the final cost quoted by the bidder for part I & Part II 3) The bidder shall quote the rates for design build & O&M works considering all cost inflation factor, as escalation shall not be paid seperately 4) The Cost of Part-II shall not be less than 3.00% of the cost of Part -i ( Rate quoted by bidder) 5) After award of work, owner may revise any or all individual Break up of schedule or its component within the total accepted price limit, which shall be binding on contractor. 6) Each price Break up schedule is subjected to revision after approval of design/ drawing by the owner. The contactor or Engineer in Charge will submit revise price schedule to owner for approval. However, original price schedule or its revision from competent authority shall not absolve the responsibility of contractor towards satisfactory completion & performance of any or all the works required for satisfactory complerion/ performance of project irrespective of whether the quantity/ items is included or not in this BOQ. 7) Approval of this BOQ does not absolve the contractor from his responsibility of executing any/ all the works required for satisfactory complerion/ performance of project irrespective of whether the quantity/ items is included or not in this BOQ.
