Sweeping and cleaning of all BT roads, WBM roads, concrete roads/ pavements, Shahabad stone pavements, berms on either sides of roads embankment and removal of mud using spade , removal of unwanted grass and material etc. ,including cost of material such as brooms, spade, gloves, masks and other tools required to carryout the mentioned work as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note: Approximately 90000 sqm area to be cleaned per day. Hence, for 300 days=27000000 sqm Minimum eighteen (18) nos of unskilled workers and 2 nos of supervisors (semiskilled) shall be deployed each day for the work or else deduction will be made as per the conditions of NIT.

Sweeping, Manual/Vacuum Cleaning, Mopping of Floor, Wet Wiping, Dry Wiping, Walls & Tiles Cleaning, Urinals, WCs, Glasses, Mirrors, Washbasins, Fixtures Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Aminities Replenishment, Glasses Cleaning, Windows Cleaning, Doors Cleaning, Floor Scrubbing and Cleaning, SS Grills Cleaning, Furnitures Cleaning, Fixtures and Frames Cleaning, Wall Painting Cleaning, Walls Scrubbing, Sinks Scrubbing, Tiles Cleaning, Parapet Wall Cleaning, Garbage Cleaning & Disposal, Drain Cleaning, Chokes removal in Toilet pipes and Bathroom pipes, Upholstery Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Cob Web Cleaning, Sweeping and cleaning of roads. Note: (1). Completed Area only will be measured for Payment. (2). The rate to be quoted shall be excluding the cost of Cleaning Agents/Cleaning Material/Room Freshners, etc. which shall be paid under relevant items. (3). Debris obtained from cleaning shall be carted to the nearest Garbage Bins.

DR. Homi Bhabha convention centre Conventio -Weekly once time (Area for cleaning 4650 sqm + 600 sqm=5250 sqm x 52 weeks = 273000 sqm in a year ) -Note: This work shall be carried out once in a week. (2) Separate manpower shall be engaged and minimum six (06) numbers of unskilled workers shall be deployed for the work for every operation or else deduction will be made as per the conditions of NIT.

Homi Bhabha convention centre Conventio (Area for cleaning 4650 sqm x 50 operation in a year , after completion of function) Note:(1) The work shall be carried out after completion of every function at Convention centre incuding Dining Hall & also all unwanted /foreign material from the garden.(2) The cleaning shall be carried out in kitchen also . (3) Seperate manpower shall be engaged to complete the task and minimum ten (10) numbers of unskilled workers shall be deployed for the work for every operation or else deduction will be made as per the conditions of NIT., (4) Considering 50 functions in a year , the total quantity i is 5250 x 50 times=262500 sqm in a year

Removal and cleaning of chokes occur in IWCs, EWCs, Urinals, Nahani traps, Gully traps, Wash Basins, G. I. water lines etc., including cleaning the lines thoroughly with required tools , Cleaning and desilting of storm water drains at DAE Colony and CISF Quarters area by removing RCC precast slabs laid over drain, removal of vegetation from the side slopes/sides of drains, removing all debris, accumulated silt, cleaning of jali, again laying of precast slabs as etc., and including cleaning of terraces of all buildings etc as directed hby Engineer-in-charge , stacking rubbish at suitable location conveying upto a lead of 100 m, placing in heaps at the places shown as directed from the drains of various depths and including cleaning of terraces of all buildings as directed by EIC Note: Separate manpower shall be enagaged and minimum six unskilled manpower shall be engaged per day, otherwise payment shall be deducted as per conditions in NIT. (2) Required tools to complete the work is also included in the item and no extra payment shall be made for the same.

Collection and transportation of wet and dry garbage such as cut pieces of dead tree logs, branches, tree roots, wooden waste, soil, all debris from drains /canteen waste/dry leaves/other decomposable waste/ from road berms ,drains, adjacent areas, around plants and other locations as required by engaging tractor trolley (not below 2.85 cum) including loading, transportation, unloading at Compost Yard / Debris yard/any other area etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Daily door to door collection of wet Garbage generated from Residentail Quarters in DAE Housing Colony and CiSF Complex from desgnated garbage disposal points/distbins including Disposing the same near GHMC Dumping yard, Mallapur. Note: 1) The penalty will be levied @ Rs 2000 per day for non collection of garbage from disposal points/ dustbins.

Vacuum cleaner wet and dry machines as required and suitable in respective plants with all necessary accessories etc.Note: One no. to be engaged for a month.(12 MONTHS X 1 NO=12 Nos. in a year )

Cutting and removal of subapul growth / other vegetative growth / thorny growth / bushy plants of girth upto 300mm of various heights at DAE/CISG colony area along the perimeter wall of NFC, upto ground level , duumping the cut grass at mentioned area including lead and lift upto 250 m etc., complete as directed by Enginner-in-charge.

Charges for Engaging of rotavator for ploughing the entire tree plantation area/ other areas as directed by EIC not less than 200mm deppth for removal of unwanted grass and leveling the area after ploughing etc., as directed by EIC. (Note: (1) Contractor has to engage only experienced operator to carryout the work (2) Work shall be carried out with prior approval of EIC. Minimum seven operation hours consider as a day.
