Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plastering in cement mortar in any position including removal of out side MOD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and making good but portion ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 Grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including taking out old broken tiles out of MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete all as item no. 6 above but except tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made vitrified heavy duty parking tiles, coloured matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) including demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of white putty in patches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS: 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90lit/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings and any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered/ stone/ concrete surface upto 10m height and applying acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of two coats in camoflauge pattern including priming coat complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of white lime wash to ceiling including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings and any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40mm x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid for exposed metal frame ceiling including dismantling of old ceiling boards of any description or any thickness and preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling ceiling board of any description and refixing of same ceiling boards on existing framework after applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for welding in repairs of metal steel plates/ section/ angles of thickness exc. 9mm but n. exc. 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbared wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised 2 strand, steel barbered wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

S&F galvanised iron (Hot dipped) steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) and fixed to angle iron posts/ struts/ swan necks with 3.15mm dia GI wire including dismantling old unservisable/ rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, quality A including dismantling of old rusted steel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, confirming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling of old rusted steel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel, plain, black 1.00 mm thick sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based plane steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old exising roof treatment including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for min 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) in padding, finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as 'supply only'.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/ seepage from roof/ wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) three layer construction, hoisted and fixed in position of 5000 Litres capacity including 20mm dia ball valves high pressurer PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and GI light fitting over flow pipe including taking down old u/s water tank of any capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming embankments after cleaning and screening of soil including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n. exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Jodhpur stone for drain cover self faced, 7.5 to 10 cm thick complete with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match for exist stone jointed with CM (1:6) and taking out old broken stone cover out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting, cutting and taking out unserviceable sealed unit compressor 1.5 Tonne capacity, single phase, 230 Volt including necessary modification of the foundation as required to suit the new compressor, vacumisation, pressure, testing, leakage, rectification and supply and fixing of new compressor of same capacity and make, inverter/ non inverter type including gas charging R-22/ R-407C and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for for disconnecting, cutting and taking out unserviceable sealed unit compressor 2.0 Tonne capacity, single phase, 230 Volt including necessary modification of the foundation as required to suit the new compressor, vacumisation, pressure testing, leakage, rectification and supply and fixing of new compressor of same capacity and make, inverter/ non inverter type including gas charging R-22/ R-407C and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water jet servicing of AC's of 1.5/ 2.0 Tonne capacity (complete indoor and outdoor unit by using service bag cover and cooling coil rinse solution for cleaning of coils), taking out the indoor top cover outdoor top cover from existing location, cleaning of cooling coil, condenser coil and other components using clean water, greasing of fan, motor, blower etc. without damage any part and re-install at the same location complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall at his own cost arrange water for servicing purpose.

Note:- Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured and paid for as one length.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 Vots grade multistrand, unseathed conductor drawn into steel conduit and all necessary fittings including 4.0 Sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dully complete including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and steel conduit shall be measured and paid for as one length.

S&F flood light fittings LED flame proof, water proof 100 W IP 65, in cast alluminium alloy LM6 construction with toughnened glass including stain steel chain/ fixing arrangement for mounting the lights in hanger roof for prevention of light to fall down with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS 1100 Volt grade three core multi stranded copper conductor for connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sub main wiring with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm multistranded FRLS copper conductors 1100 Volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including in steel conduit pipe medium grade ISI marked (not less than 20 mm dia) along with fittings and accessories all fixed on wall and surface on ceiling including one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth continuity conductor of similar type of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

M&L in replacement of 35 Sqmm multistranded flexible copper conductor with suitable mounting accessoreis. The mounting clamp should be non conductive metarial used in earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw as required with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe medium grade for air termination rod of size 40 mm dia upto 3.0 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing aluminium strips and S&F aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing copper strips and S&F copper strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC block of size 150mm x 150mm x 300mm made up of PCC (1:2:4) type B2 blocks for fixing/ mounting of running earthing conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of kota stone earth pit cover (2x2 feet) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repairs galvanized iron pipe, medium grade including fittings of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F self closing tape of cast iron or malleable cast iron, galvanised, screwed for iron pipe and fixed 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of existing steel tubing for alteration or additions of size 15mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of separator U type made of porcelene uses for earth strip mounting with all nut bolts and connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of PVC/ rubber pipe/ sleeve for protection of earth strip and insulation purpose complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F potassium nitrate (commercial name kalmi shora) for improvement of earthing resistence complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
