Boring across the road, pavement, hard standing etc. for insertion of GI pipe up to 100 mm bore pipe for passing of electric cable through GI pipe not less than 1.0 from GL. (Note: GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Cutting of existing pipes not less than 63 mm for insertion of & including Tee of size according to pipe being tapped/branch connection complete for tapping water line all as directed.

Construction of masonry valve pit chamber (Masonry) of size internally dimension 90cmx90cm x80cm depth (internal dimension) with sub class'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:4) and 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 as in bedding and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in coping including 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle iron frame, 3 mm thick MS cover plate with lifting arrangement and painting to all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including surface preparation all as directed.

Material and laying MCCB 630 Amp 4 Pole, 50KA, 415 Volt with microprocessor release in sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with suitable fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabricating LT panel board, outdoor type double door openable from both side dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size not less than 800mm (ht) x 600mm (wide) x 600mm (deep) painted with approved colour powder coatting including stainless steel fasteners and hinges duly fitted with change over switch ON LOAD type 4 pole 630 Amps front handle operated for three phase 415Volts, AC 50Hz supply (Make : Havels Cat Part No IHCNFO 0630 or equelant make legrand/ siemens). Fixed on base sheet cleared from rear door by not less than 100mm complete including gland plate duly fixed with double compresssion stainless steel glands suitable for cable entry of size 400 Sqmm and 240 Sqmm complete conforming IP 54 including locks for front and rear for and neoprene gasket fixed door with and including connection cables with aluminium lugs. The entire panel shall be mounted on angle iron 40x6mm framed structure having all four leg length not less than 900mm grounted in and including PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.
