Dry Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using quarry stone with bond stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) nallah.including all carriage of Cement complete job.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete with 1:6:12 mix ( 1cement :6 coarse Sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominals size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand ). including carriage of cement complete job.

Providing and fixing of pre fabricated Iron mesh of size 2'-6"x6'-00" including fitting and primer coat (one or two coats) including all carriage complete job.

20mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) including carriage of cement complete job.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Carriage of different materials from source to site of work including loading unloading and stacking complete . A) Stone for an avg leads of 15 Km by MT.

b) Sand /Bajri for an avg leads of 05 Km By MT.
