90.2.1.1:Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minimum size 20 mm with specials conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, including providing switch board main and continuous earthing with No.14 SWG bare copper,required quantity of copper earth socket, brass bolt and nut crimping/ soldering etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white) etc. up to and including 6A modular type SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc. complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DB's shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. 90.4.5.4:Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of following sizes including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required. 1200mm sweep - ceiling fan complete with service value minimum 4.0(cub meter/minute/Watt), Air delivery minimum 210(cubic meter/minute), Copper winding suitable for 230V/240V single phase AC supply

90.4.2:Supply and installation of suitable size MS belt type fan clamp fabricated from flat iron 40 x 6 mm, 150mm long x 2 Nos with M.S. rod bent to shape, neatly painted with 2 coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per IS 732 as required.

OD293028/2025-2026:Supplying and providing extra H.G conduit down rod of 19 mm dia along with 16/0.20 mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or with the extended original wiring and giving connection etc. as required.

OD293031/2025-2026:Supply of 3600 lumen square (2ft X 2ft) recessed fitting made of crca sheet of thickness 0.5mm, having efficacy not less than 110l/w, pf greater than 0.95, THD less than or equal to 10%, Chip make Cree/Osram/lumilled/Nichea (UGR less than 19)

90.3.12:Conveyance and fixing charges of recess mounting down light fittings of all types complete with all accessories in the existing opening of false ceiling, giving connections with the existing wire etc., as required.
