TRANSPORTATION OF 15 TON GOLIATH CRANE WHICH INCLUDED LEG, CROSS BEAM, PORTAL BEAM, TROLLEY, RAILS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES ETC. FROM HEAVY PLANT YARD, KOLKATA TO RIVER GANGA AT ALLAHABAD BETWEEN JHUSI AND DARAGANJ STATION OF NER IN THE STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH INDIA AND ITS ADJOINING PLACES WITHIN 30 KM RADIUS.

By Suitable Transport

Qty. variation +/- 20%

Rate should be quoted Lumpsum basis. The rate should be inclusive of all but exclusive of GST as per Rule.

Payment will be made Lumpsum basis.

The transporter should visit the both point (loading & unloading) to see the road conditions and the materials before quoting their rates. As the materials are not standard shape & size. Bidder much visit site at HPY, Kolkata to see the materials before bidding.

Any deviation of the above quotation will be treated as cancelled.

Loading and unloading will be done by our Site.

Any incidental charges during transportation on road to be borne by the party. Detention charges will not be paid for delay of loading and unloading.

Appropriate vehicle for lifting materials to be placed as soon as intimated by BBJ.

Each vehicle should be provided with appropriate communication system for monitoring movement.

Payment terms :-45 days from delivery of the materials with proper document.

Immediate commencement with 48 hrs notice for deploying vehicle.

GST waybill will be arranged by the successful bidder while transporting materials.

The invoice raised by the transporter for the transport carried out in a particular month should reach BBJ-Head Office within 5th of the next month e.g. invoice for transport in Dec-19 must reach BBJ-Head Office, Kolkata by 5th Jan-20
