Preparation of Architectural, Civil AND other services drawings

Development fo Engineering drawings which involves Preparation/Revision of architectural, Structural, PHE, Mechanical, Electrical drawings along with printing, folding, scanning etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: 1) Each job should be carried out by one Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/Electrcial/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience in preparation of respective drawings. 2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one person for each job on all BARC (V) working days (5 day week) for minimum of 8.5 hrs with 30 min lunch break in General shift to work in BARC(V) main campus in Atchuthapuram mandal. Payment will be made on prorata basis for the no of days present for each job against total working days of BARC (V) in the particular month. 3) The contractor shall carry out minimum of four (4) jobs per month as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The contractor should deploy minimum 4 persons to carry out 4 jobs in respect of Architectural/ Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical drawings as directed by Engineer In charge for which necessary software and hardware and sitting place will be provided by BARC (V) at BARC main Campus, Atchutapuram. 4) Person will be engaged after scrutiny of Engineer-in-charge of BARC(V) and approved by competent authority. The deployed person will report to Engineer-In-charge BARC(V) 5) Contractor shall intimite BARC (V) at least one month in advance incase of change in the deployed person. 7) If contrcator fails to deploy person/persons on any particular day(s) for the jobs mentioned above a penality of Rs 1,000/- per day per job will be deducted from the contrcato's bills. 8) The cost quoted shall includes transportation of persons to BARC (V) main campus up to sitting place. Departmental transport (Bus) will be provided subjected to availability at applicable cost from time to time.
