Preparing Black Top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (with VG-10 Grade) at 5 Kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc. and applying evenly priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (with VG_30 grade) at 10 Kg / 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing premix Bituminous macadam with mixed 4% paving bitumen of binder content of total weight of mix and by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in excuation of work under this item on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content. (ii) Rate of recovery for using less quantity of binder shall be deducted as per market rates as approved by the Accepting Officer.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, in layers not exceeding 100 mm of thick, spread, levelld and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Road marking in lines / dashes / zebra lines / speed breakers etc. 3.0mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ABS stud DA-971P Two way reflective Dimension 110mm x 128mm x 29.5mm plastic body reflective panel-Amber, Red or White complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40 mm Aggregate) in floors filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4, brought to courses or regular coursed; curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces area exceeding 10cms width / girth and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; for 300mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete in copings Type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5mm graded aggregate and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
