Notes : 1) The make/model/brand for all the BOQ items shall be as per suggestive makes of Annexure-B of Section-VII of the tender document. These makes are merely for guidance and bidders can prefer any other make which is meeting technical specifications given under Section-V and Schedule of Quantities of Tender document and shall confirm to the relevant BIS codes and other relevant codes. However, the bidder may suggest any equivelent make/ model/brand meeting technical parameters on or before pre-bid conference for approval of BARC(V). 2)Prior approval for source of all construction materials by submission of relavent test certificates, documents, invoices etc. have to be taken from BARC. 3) For all standards and code of practices, specifications, like Indian Standard, MORT&H, ASTM, etc. refer only latest revisions including all applicable amendments, revisions and additional publications (during contract period) and these have to be followed.

Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screwsor with fixing clips or withexpansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shallbe smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever equired including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete asper drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge includingproviding and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixingof fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed 3 layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS 12823 Grade-I, Type - II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P Brass / Stainless steel crews etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing frosted glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing IS:12817 marked stainles steel butt hinges of size 100 x 60 x 2.5mm (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium tower bolts of size 200 X 12 mm ISI marked transparent or dyed to requried colour or shade with necessary screws etc.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles 175 mm long Inner grip 125 mm with 12 mm dia rod plate type BOW handles ISI marked, anodised transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing mortice latch and lock with minimum 2 nos. of keys with 6 levers and a pair of handles Inside opening LEFT / Right with necessary screws etc complete suitable for fixing in wooden/steel/ FRP/ Aluminium doors as per specifications.

Providing and fixing double action brass cast hydraulic floor spring (IS:6315-Table 1) for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and S.S./ Brass cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. Sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete.
