Supply, installation , testing and comissioning of ON-GRID connected roof top SOLAR PV, generation without battery, capacity of 70 KWp including all civil and general works, mounting structure power conditioning unit, cables, copper chemical earthing, lightning protection, metering system as required at site, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site and comprising of the following:- Solar Panels : Module Polycrystalline silicon cell solar modules, qualified as per IES 61215 2nd Edition, IEC 61730>335 Wp-210Nos. (i) Out put voltage- 40V OC, (ii) Nominal output current-8 Amps or above, (iii) Panel Capacity- above 300Wp (iv) Cells - Poly Crystaline Silicon (v) Capacity- 70 KWp (vi) Aluminum Frame- 35 Alluminium Frame with Anodization Efficency - >18.00% Make-Adani / Tata / Waree as per MNRE Guidelines and as per ALMM ( Shall be in Approved List of Models and Manufacturers by MNRE ) Module Mounting Structure :- Roof top system standard mounting of 190 degree inclination towards south, made of Mild Steel, hot dip galvanised with 120 Microns Galvanisation thickness, wind speed rating 150km/hr, 190 degree fixed towards south tilt angle, firecion facing fixed south, foundaion made in RCC with including GI hardware for installation of structure- nut bolts & washers etc. complete. Make: L&T/Schneider/ABB ACDB :- AC DB ABS enclosure of size (500 x380x180)mm including MCB FP 63Amps, AC1 duty connector 60 Amps, Single Phase Preventer (SPP), SPD-40kA 3 phase, phase indication lamp LED type, terminals, DC Cable Gland/PG Gland, Cables and other accessories etc. complete. Make: L&T/Schneider/ABB DC Wires:- PVC Solar grade FRLSH , 1100 Volts, DC flexible copper wire 4 sqmm, multistranded, cirular. Make - KEI/Havells/Polycab Monitoring System:- Remote monitoring system provides the facility to download the RMS features and delta through Wifi based RMS device and with login credentials. Make SOLAR SYSTEMS Inter Connection Net Metering System:- Bi-directional tri-vector meter with check facility of HT side including digital KWH meter, CT PT Unit for metering, civil works, PCC foundation columns made with 1:2:4 cement with suitable insert plate/stud to install the structure, misc work for necessary cutouts, PCC foundations etc, electrical installations, PVC/ERP trays & channels complete. Note:-The unit rate is deemed to be included any necassary liasion and approval and other related works etc. from APEPDCL and CEIG for successsful completion of 70 KWP solar plant

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium standared conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick sub class 'B' 250mm x 115mm x 75mm and laid in trenches as in protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40 mm dia "light grade" laid in trenches floors/on pole/road for cable protection with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exc 40 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed. Note: GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
