| 1.00RFP for Selection of Private Partner for Commercial Utilization, Operation and Maintenance of Multi Modal Transport Hub at Sabarmati, Ahmedabad 1. With reference to RFP document, I/we, having examined the Bidding document and understood their contents, hereby submit my/our Financial Bid for the aforesaid Project. The Proposal is unconditional and unqualified. 2. The Financial Bid shall consist of Concession Fees per annum to be paid biannually to be quoted by the Bidder. Concession Fees shall be payable by the Concessionaire to the Authority as per the terms and conditions of this RFP and the provisions of the Concession Agreement. 3. The Concession Fees has been quoted by me/us after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the RFP, draft Concession Agreement, our own estimates of costs and after a careful assessment of the site and all the conditions that may affect the project cost and implementation of the Project. 4. I/We hereby submit our Financial Bid and offer Concession Fees per annum of Rs. (.) payable biannually to the Authority for undertaking the aforesaid Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents and the Concession Agreement. 5. I/We understand that the Additional Concession Fee and/or any other Payments to the Authority as per the Bidding Documents and the Concession Agreement, are not included in this Financial Bid submitted by me/us. | |||||
