Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm (eighty millimetre) as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per technical specifications clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203 1:2:4 (one cement :two sand:four crushed stone aggigate) PCC Grade M-20 (twenty) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per Square metre as per table 500.2 of MORD technical specification 2014, on the prepared bitumenious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. of MORD technical specification 2014, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ minimum 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC-29-1988 complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other indental as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
