Complete Maintenance of the entire garden features in the garden area ie., lawns / plants/hedges/shrubs, flower beds /creepers etc., including hoeing, pruing , replacement of plants, gap filling , regular watering ,removal of weeds from root level ,mowing of lawn, clipping of hedges, removal of garden waste , hoeing, pruing , replacement of plants, gap filling , applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer (whenever required) , top dressing of lawn with good earth and maintenanace of other garden related works as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Note: (1)Good earth,manure,fertilizer ,insecticide , pesticide etc., will be provided by department) .(3) Approximately 42000 sqm area to be mainatained per day. Hence, 42000 sqm x 285 days= 1,19,70,000 sqm area to be maintained in a year. (4) Contactor has to engage minimum 21(Twenty One ) unskilled labour and 02 supervisor (Highly Skilled) each day

Complete Maintenance of the entire tree planatation areas by regular watering ,formation of basin around the trees at reqular intervals , removal of side branches , stacking of tree saplings , applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer (whenever required) , application of manure etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (1)Good earth,manure,fertilizer ,insecticide , pesticide etc., will be provided by department (2) Approximately 24000 sqm area to be mainatained per day. Hence, 24000 sqm x 285 days= 6840000 sqm area to be maintained in a year. (3) Contactor has to engage minimum 03(three) unskilled labour each day.

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/displaying at Nursery, inculding watering, weeding,hoeing,colouring,transplanting the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. Note:- Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide will be provided by the department) (2) Approximately 8000 potted plants to be mainatained per day. Hence, 8000 pots x 285 days= 2280000 pots area to be maintained in a year. (3) Contactor has to engage minimum 04(Four) unskilled labour each day.

Propagation of plants in poly bag /milk cover/pots supplied by department , cleaning the covers and refilling the cover /pots with mixture of required proportion of soil and manure/coir pith, propagation of plants in the existing poly bags including reqular watering , weeding ,cleaning the weeds including application of pesticides and fertilizers etc.,and maintaining till planatation stage and placing them in countable manner complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of work: Note:(1) Good earth,manure,rooting hormones , fertilizer ,insecticide , pesticide etc., will be provided by department .ge about propagation of plants shall be engaged by the contractor (2) Daily minimum 100 plants ,hence for 285 days =285 x 100 plants= 28500 plants. (3) Contactor has to engage minimum 01(One) unskilled labour each day.

Supplying and stacking at site of decomposed farm yard manure, free from rubbish and vegetation etc., including royalty and carriage complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for voids for the purpose of payment.

Supplying of following material for development of horticulture work / propagation of plants at nursery complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of winter/summer/rainy seasonal seedlings at site of well developed and healthy free from disease in 5''x6" poly bag not less than 200 mm in height for plantation in ground/pots/poly bags etc,m complete as direccted by Engineer-in-charge.(Note: The following winter seedlings like Calendula, Crysanthemum, Cosmos, Dianthus,Gazania,Marigold, Petunia ,Salvia,Verbena etc., and summer & rainy season seedlings like Balsom, celosia ,cosmos, Gompherna, Sunflower dwarf,Vinca rosea and Zinnia hybrid etc.,

Charges for Engaging Tractor attached Rotavator (Tilling width not less than 1500mm) for ploughing the entire plantation area/other areas as directed by EIC not lessthan 200 mm depth for removal of unwanted grassand leveling the area after ploughing etc., as directed by Engineer –in-charge.(Note: (1)Contractor has to engage only experienced operator to carry out the work.
