Comprehensive maintenance of street light fitting comprising of LED Street light fitting/ HPSV/MH/ lamp fittings of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by replacing the drivers, surge protection device, ignitor ,ballasts capacitor, control wiring copper wire and lugs all as directed by Engineer in charge.(Comprehensive maintenanace also includes taking down street light fitting of any capacity from any height from the pole and increase or decrease the height of the fixing arrangement by removing the bent pipe and clamps and refixing it to the proper height and removing all the hanging wires,cables,PVC pipes,old rusted clamps,hanging aluminium wires,hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts,bolts,clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.) Spares under Comprehensive Maint should be measured and paid Seprately .

(ii)Repair team for the street lights shall be available all the time to carry out maintanance works.

Dismantling/taking out old defective conduit of any type from street light poles (junction box to steet light fitting) and supply and fix in repair MS conduit pipe ISI marked of 20mm dia size with suitable clamps /fixing arrangement etc complete as per specification and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling/taking out old defective unarmoured insulated LT service wire from wall/poles and supply and fix on wall/poles or passing through pipe, copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V grade ,2 x single core strended copper conductor 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified .Make:Finolex,Havells,Anchor

Taking out Old Unserviceable existing street light's bracket of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing brackets made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.50 mtr long bent to shape and size fixed on location using existing/ new FI clamps made to shape incl nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : FI clamps shall be measured and paid saperataly.

Supply and fix FI clamps made out of Flate iron strip size 32mmx 6mm including necessary nut bolt and washers suitable to fixing street light fitting bracket on PCC/steel tubuler pole complete all as directed

Supply and fixing of Galvanised steel tubes, light grade 40mm dia for cable protection laid in pole coping , on wall/ under the road complete Note : Cost of Bends under the coaping, breaking of Exsiiting PCC for laying of pipe is deemed to be included with unit rate of item.

S&F Junction box 290x200x130 mm polycarbonate hinged enclosure box for cable in/out of street light LT cable, out door type, testing and commissioning with locking arrangements fixed on poles 4 poles 100 Amp connector/ terminal assembly with nut bolt and washer, including MCB SP 6 A, 240V, 10 KA -01 Nos for connecting suitable size of XLPE UG cable all as specified and directed. Make Hansel/IDIS and eqvlt.
