Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of T 5 outdoor light fitting with FL lamps/LED/ SV/ MH/ CDMT light fittings with all accessories and lamp etc. of all types directly on the existing pipe/ pole including giving connections with the existing wiring etc as required

Supplying and fixing 3 module GI box in recess alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 16A 1 way modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Painting with 2 Coats of Industrial based Epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works (2 Coats)

Painting with epoxy paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Fabricating and supplying clamping arrangement for fixing LED Flood light with clamps each made of 50x6 mm MS flat and 8x40mm SS nuts and bolts . 65x6 mm MS angle is to be welded to the top of 65 mm GI pipe to fix the luminaire.

Supply and drawing 3 core 1.0 sq.mm multi-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections .

Dismounting the Flood light and Control Gear from the tubular post without any damage , checking the dismantled flood light fitting and its control gear ,identifying the faulty components ,cleaning the reflector and front glass cover ,fixing the front cover with new gasket to make water proof and installing and commissioning the repaired /checked flood light fitting and its control gear box on the tubular post including giving connections as per the instruction of the depatmental officer at site.

Supplying Philips BVP 410 LED 172 CW HE NB FGS3XT Flood lighting luminaire IP 66,17200 lumens,colour 6000K with high power LED or equivalent

Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of departmentally supplied flood light luminaire with lamp on the existing tubular post of height upto 15m from ground level. All bolt and nut shall be Stainless steel.

Fabricating and supplying special clamping arrangement for fixing Integral type flood light on 50 mm dia GI pipe ring with two clamps each made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat and 8x40mm SS nuts and bolts for one luminaire. The clamps are to be linked with 40x6mm MS flat with suitable holes 8mm ,10mm or 12mm size with suitable size SS Bolt& Nut to fix the luminaire. All the items are to be painted with two coats epoxy based primer of approved quality and two coats of best quaity epoxy paint of approved colour as per drawing.

Supply and fixing Cable Junction Boxes IP 66 for outdoor applications ( with knock outs for cable entry - Black Colour)) suitable for cable sizes 2.5 sq.mm ,88 X 88X 53 mm Hensel model No KF 5025 or equivalent and accessories for Cable Junction Boxes such as Copper Terminal Set 2.5 sq.mm 5 Pole 1 No,Support for Terminal 1No including fixing the accessories using suitable size Stainless steel Bolt and nut, giving necessary connections, making good the damages etc. as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required (excluding reinforcement).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Supply and fixing cubicle type dust and vermin proof 300x600x170 mm, (Mi 0400) Hensel make thermoplastic IP 65 junction box with lid including supplying and fixing 2 Nos Hensel make 10 sq.mm 5pole terminal set for phases and neutral in the existing masonry cubicle fixing the departmentally supplied double pole MCB including giving connection using 2.5 sq.mmpvc insulated copper wire ,drilling necessary holes for termination as well as entry and exit of cable,terminating the earthwire in the earthstrip etc complete.All the bolt nut & washer shall be brass.

Supplying and fixing 2 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, Double pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of PVC insulated & sheathed 650/1100 V grade 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor flat cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm
