The following job work is urgently required for repair of 20 HP Submersible pumping set incl starter at Pump House ATC Kamola. :- (a) Electrically disconnecting and taken up 80 MM bore GI flanged steel tubing with connections and submersible pumping set of 20 HP (12 Stage) alongwith copper service cable connection from 300 feet deep bore well including repairing of motor starter suitable for pump set. (b) Removing and replacement of all nuts, bolts with washer and rubber gasket packing. (c) Cleaning of the internal corrosion surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paints on external surface of the retrieval GI water tubing suitable for portable water including preparation of surface. (d) Dismantling of unserviceable pump set of capacity 20 HP (Stage 12) including transportation the same from pump house (bore well), ATC Kamola to civil work shop and separation of motor and pump for rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire and existing guage/size and quantities incl insulation work, replacement of unserviceable parts and ball bearings of motor. (e) Replacement of unserviceable parts of pump (12 stage) incl necessary grinding/cleaning work on impellers and replacement of 12 Nos of packing bushes and sweep with complete overhauling on the pump. (f) Transporting back to pump house (bore well) ATC Kamola for installing the pump set. (g) Installing the pumping set with new nuts and bolts (3" long) of 120 Nos suitable for 80 mm bore of flanged tubing. (h) After successfully complete of above work, testing will be carried out on the repaired bore well for 06 Hrs continues. NOTE : - (i) Funds are available and chargeable to : 1/474/03. (ii) Old material will be contractor’s property.
