Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm (Twelve millimetre to twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sqm (Two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & fixing 4 mm (Four millimetre) thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etcetra complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

White washing with lime to give an even shade old work (two or more coats) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture New work (two or more coats) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (Zero point zero eight parcent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (three point three kilogramme per square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetra, complete and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) Second class teak wood complete and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing Second class teak wood 35mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size complete and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
