RequiredGST Registration certificate along with 12 months paid challens of the FY- 2024-25, 2025-26

RequiredIT returns for the 03 financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 of the agency

RequiredPAN CARD copy of the agency

RequiredProfessional tax registration certificates along with paid challanas of the financial year 2024-25 and 2025-26.

RequiredThe agency should submit in proof of having provided satisfactory service of man power to government or any semi government departments for the year 2024-25, 2025-26

RequiredThe agency should submit the document in proof of having supplied at least 50 members as out sourcing staff to the government departments

RequiredThe registration certificate Form no C obtained from the labor department for the year 2024-25, 2025-26 with a minimum of 50 members registration attested by a notary

RequiredThe registration certificate of EPF and Challens for the minimum of 10 months having paid the EPF for the year 2025-26

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
