Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electronic multi function activated remotely operated and can appear, fall and rotate in a programmable condition Target System for long & short range for 200 m baffle range firing and including target box mechanism & targets, boards, wireless remote control unit and sensors along with the following accessories complete all as specified and directed : - (i) 12V 24AH Lead Acid Rechargeable Battery Pack (Make: Exide/AMCO/Nicco/Amaron) (Qty – 08 Nos). (ii) Four Point Battery Charger (Qty – 02 Nos). (iii) Inbuilt night firing lights (Qty-08 Nos)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of programmable moving trolley of size (550 mm x 375 mm x 190 mm) with standard 28 m track 1.5 x 1.5 inch x 3.1 mm thick square hollow tube 2 Nos. 28 m long hot dip galvanized steel for rust proof space between two track is 0.5 m with proper fiixing arrangement & Rubia Bracket along with the following complete all as specified and directed:- (i) 12V 24AH Lead Acid Rechargable Battery Pack (Make: Exide/AMCO/Nicco/Amaron) (Qty – 01 No.) (ii) Single Point Battery (Make: Exide/AMCO/Nicco/Amaron) Charger (Qty – 01 No.)

Specifications : Target Box Mechanism:- (i) The target are able to move from a horizontal position from the ground i.e. zero degrees to 90 degrees while the target face is square to the firer to depict a ‘Pop Up’ action. (ii) The square face of the target will be able to rotate through 90 degree on its central axis. Exposure time is be controllable as under:- (i) Programmable from one sec upto atleast two mins. (ii) Exposure / hide action should be controllable by pressing of switch on remote. (iii) Programmable to take particular number of hits before hide action (as opposed to exposed). (iv) Cluster target should be provided (Rubia).

Control Unit : (i) It is capable of controlling minimum 20 targets remotely from a distance upto 1/2 Km and the target are pop up and rotate collectively or individually at a programmed time. (ii) Displays, store hit of bullet on the target with provision of printing the result. (iii) It has a ruggedized display which is visible in clear day light. (iv) Controls the entire system of sensors of the product as specified (Motion, proximity & light). (v) Control unit will be inter-compatible with all kinds of targets (i.e. Pop Up, Turning and Moving) mentioned in this QR. (vi) Total Number of Control Unit – for every ten targets one control unit.

Target illumination for Night Firing : (i) The system will provide controlled target illumination for night firing. (ii) Facility to switch light on/off is available on the remote control. (iii) It simulates moonlight (dirn while light), hit on target & retaliatory fire. (iv) Light is dimmable (Manually on the target and/or remote controlled).

Target : (i) It is able to hold all types of standard military targets currently in use (Fig 11, Fig 12, Rubia Target, Hostage Target A & Hostage Targets B) as per Indian Army Annual Range Course. (ii) Targets will be supplied as specified by the user. (iii) It will not be Shaked or bent when in upright position (in any plane) up to a wind load of minimum 15 Kms per hours. (iv) Targets will be printed on acrylic sheet. Number and contact details of manufacturing these types of targets will be provide. (v) Grouping of targets should be possable/programmable.

Physical Characteristics: (i) Weight of the complete target system including the accessories but excluding the battery compartment is not more than 30 Kgs. (ii) Black / Green / Camouflage colour to be provided as per user requirement. (iii) Material of target : Aluminium Power Source 220 Volts to 240 Volts. (i) 12 Volts Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) rechargeable battery. (ii) SMF battery is commercially available in Indian Market.

Battery Life: (i) 4 Hrs continuous Pop Up and 6 hrs of idle time. (ii) Minimum 500 cycles of recharging. (iii) Charging time 6 Hrs Less. (iv) Battery is separate in a detachable box (Weather proof IP 67 encasement) attached to the target with robust connectors. (v) One extra battery for each machine should be provided (8+1) =09 Nos. (vi) Charger having capacity of (8+1) Number battery at a time.

Other features of Target System:- Target system should provide realistic environment for specilized training capable of Hit indication. All parts are sealed about dust & moisture, completely weather proof & made out of superior materials to exceed requisite military standards, equipped with highly accurate hit sensor that detects, responds to fall the target. Operating temperature 0 to 50 degree celsius, instructor can control the session using the master control station. Trainees can assign own exercise and start practice suitable for Night firing. Reports are stored digital and can be printed, can use all standard military targets, signal instructor can conduct training simultaneously for multiple firer.

Accessories. i) Motion Sensors –Target is automatically Pop Up or rotate when a person crosses the IR beam sensors. Target is sty exposes for a programmable time after activation by sensors. (ii) Sensors is separate from the targets. (iii) Sensors has its own power supply & have wired/wireless connectivity with the target system. (iv) Heat and moisture resistance. (v) Warranty for 3 Year for complete equipment. (vi) Down time should not exceed one week. After that penalty for ₹. 500/- for 2 days there after ₹. 1000/- for each day. (vii) Training to be provided for one week for the end user.
