Item No 07 : S&F vitrified ceramic tiles double charged 8-10 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile n exc 0.36 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry &pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 08 : M & L for 08-10mm thick coloured vitrified ceramic tiles (double charged) (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,as in vertical surface such as dado/ skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 09 : M&L coloured ceramic glazed tiles 450x300x7mm thick as in dado/skirting etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement.

Item No 10 : Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 : Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate,100 mm thick as in sub base of floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 : Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in sides locking of interlocking paver blocks,coping course,lacing course, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concreating, filling of floor, post hole etc complete

Item No 14 : M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of PVC tank incl formwork etc complete

Item No 16 : Precast cement concrete interlocking tiles (glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) of 60 mm thick ,hydraulically pressed cemented tiles of grey colour with pigments,(glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) factory made, M-35 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006, as in floor laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cusion and including filling of interstices with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note Size, shape & pattern of tiles shall be as decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 17 : M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete.

Item No 18 : M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

Item No 19 : M & L for machine cut mirror polish Kota stone slab flooring as in step(in one piece) 22-25mm thick over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including ,moulding ,rubbing and polishing as in stiarcase complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : M& L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width & pillar, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing with beeswax polishing with mirror finish over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

Item No 21 : 100mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed .

Item No 22 : Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Item No 23 : Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Item No 24 : Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No 25 : S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included (i) one shop coat of primer (ii) a coat of bitumen paint of inner side of pressed steel door frame before filling of PCC.

Item No 29 : S&F 1.00mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames) cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched;incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc.,with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up,mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as reqd complete

Item No 30 : S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with guesset plates complete doors etc to be prepared to hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete.

Item No 31 : S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specified & drawing.

Item No 32 : S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame wealded/sealed to the stiles & rails with sutable PVC sheet beading and jointed togeather with solvent cement, fix in frame as spd.

Cooling System

Item No 144 : supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single-skin Evaporative Air Coolers / Air Washers of capacity 11000 cum/h (or nearest higher standard size) conforming to the following specifications. The industrial cooler shall be single skin construction, comprising of supply air fan, water recirculation pump,blower, evaporative cooling pads,motor, any other as per OEM recommendation etc . The units should be manufactured in ISO 9001 & 14000 certified facility. The Scope comprises of : - (a) Installation supervision, testing & commissioning of complete system including designing charges (b)Providing and fixing M.S. structural support for fans unit with duly black painted & vibration isolator pad in-between (c)Design,Supply ,installation and Testing of SITE fabricated galvanised sheet metal ducts, including threaded rods,supports/hangers etc.(approx.) with complete fixing arrangement

(d) 24 G Ducting with complete installation & materials (e)Supply ,installation and Testing of 6 mm XLPE foam with witemesh network accoustic insulation of initial ducting to reduce sound (f)Supply ,installation and Testing of 9 mm XLPE foam with witemesh network for exposed ducts for thermal insulation (as per requirment after route freezing) (g)Supply, installation ,testing and balancing of aluminum powder coated two way blow linear fresh air grills (h) Flexible Canvass Connection for outlets. (j) Any other item which is left out but technically required for the installation of the system and efficietly functioning is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (k) contractor will submit the complete proposal drawings for installation of single-skin Evaporative Air Coolers to the department for approval.
