M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pavement/hard-standing finished rough for laying of tiles including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for laid dry bricks of sub class 'B' as in brick flooring including for ordinary cutting and waste in closers, etc laid herring bone pattern or diagonally, in rectangular areas, raking, cutting and waste allowed to edges of such area include laying 25 mm thick layer of sand below and filling the joints with the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in drains, surface channels, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including form, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8 mm dia (Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cover slab and the like inclluding necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC Post or struts of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC Post or struts of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. including restaining and resecuring including making good staples of serviceable birbrd wire with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1: 1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing,average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n.exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including formwork complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcements to be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel hollow rectangular/square/circular section in steel gate including special shaped washers,bolts,nuts etc. duly welded, complete using ERW or induction butt or fillet welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240 with one shop coat of Zinc Chrome primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
