EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100volt grade cables, size 10Sqmm, aluminium conductor 2core, XLPE/ PLCA/ PVC, armoured, laid in trenches, including bricks for protection, sand cushioning and stacking, removal to store for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid for separately

Material and labour for switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators including drop out insulators including 3 nos barrel type drop out fuses and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25mm light grade GI tubing for current rating upto 200 amps,11000 volt including taking down old and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lightening arrestor high tension, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp, suitable for 11000 volt grade system fixed in position including disconnecting and taking down old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long), complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and PCC paid seprately)

Dismantling/strip opening of the HT VCB 11 KV 400 Amps of calibration, repairing, preventive maintenance, , servicing including replacement of worn out parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, installation to its original position, connection input/output supply, testing to its full load capacity and all other relevant tests as per IE/IS rules complete all specified and directed. Note : Spare parts required for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid separately under BOQ item No 1.26 to 1.31 here in after.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 protection and made out of MS CRCA quality sheet 3.15mm thick and 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame with 04 Nos legs 75 cm long made out of MS angle, legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) having bottom of the panels at height of 45 cm above ground level, dully powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer inside and front openable type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arragements, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping incuding necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

DG SET REPAIRS

Maintenance of DG set of any make, type, model as per set norms of the original manufacturer set and by the authorised rep of the company after unscrewing nut, bolts, screws etc. for servicing, maintenance, tigthtening, adjustment & cleaning of all moving and stationary parts of DG set, complete and segregating the parts for repair/ refixing/ replacing of capacity 10KVA installed at IMMOLS , complete all as specified and directed. Make of DG sets :- kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/ Ruston/ Ashok Leyland Note: The quoted rate includes the following: (a) Taking down of unserviceable parts. (b) Any minor repair, replacement of minor parts such as screws, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning & greasing etc. of DG set parts.
