Terms & Conditions: -

1 Above quoted rates include all cost and other charges as may be applicable in relation to the activities proposed to be carried out except for GST, which shall be payable extra as per prevailing rates and as per actuals.

2 NIL or Zero Value quoted against any value above shall lead to rejection of proposal.

3 The Payment for the aforesaid quoted value shall be paid in accordance with Payment Terms mentioned in RFP.

4 The amount mentioned in the Financial Proposal shall be without any condition attached or subject to any assumption and shall be final and binding. Any tampering with the financial format will lead to rejection of proposal and/or disqualification of bidder at the discretion of NHM-MP.
