O/M of Barrage Gates

Fabrication of following parts of Spillway Gates as per dimensions and as per samples to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. SS Spherical Roller Bearing Pin (L: 450 mm, Dia:180mm) as per sample.

O-ring seal (internal dia -170 mm, outer dia - 200 mm, thickness - 15 mm) as per sample.

Gun metal bushes (ID - 150 mm, OD: 170 mm, Thickness: 70 mm, length - 160 mm) as per sample.

SS Nut & Bolts, grade 304, size M12, as per sample

Packing bearing Plate as per sample

Seal plate as per sample

Fabrication of following parts of Under Sluice Gates as per dimensions and as per samples to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. SS Spherical Roller Bearing Pin (L: 400 mm, Dia: 160 mm) as per sample.

O-ring seal (internal dia - 160 mm, outer dia - 190 mm, thickness - 15 mm) as per sample.

Gun metal bushes (ID - 140 mm, OD: 160 mm, Thickness: 70 mm, length - 170 mm) as per sample.

SS Nut & Bolts, grade 304, size M12, as per sample

Packing bearing Plate as per sample

Seal plate as per sample

Fabrication of MS Solid round plate dia 350 mm Thickness 30 mm having 12 No. holes of dia 14 mm each duly threaded for Spherical Roller Bearing of Undersluice Gate as per sample to the entire satifaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Repair of Undersluice Gate No. 3 Putting of Stop Logs in front of Undersluice Gate

Dismantling of 1 Nos. damaged bearings with the help of jack hammer & puller etc. manually - complete job in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of 1 No. Spherical Roller Bearing SKF 23228MBW33C3 GERMANY 98 547P SKF EXPLORER of Undersluice Gate in place of dismantled damaged bearing along with fixing 1 No. O-ring seal (internal & outer - 2 Nos.), gunmetal bushes - 2 Nos., roller pins of roller for locking of bearing- 1 No., Seal plate, nuts & bolts (provided as per Sr.No.1 above) & greasing of the bearing, testing and commissioning - complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extraction of Undersluice Stop Logs along with removal of silt / muck deposited in the stop log gates surrounding area and hollow portion of stop log gates during extraction of stop log gates (under water) & cleaning and preparing surface even smooth and placing of Stop Logs above guide shoe to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of Undersluice Gate No. 4 Putting of Stop Logs in front of Undersluice Gate

Dismantling of 1 No. damaged bearings of Undersluice Gate with the help of jack hammer & puller etc. manually - complete job in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of 1 No. Spherical Roller Bearing SKF 23228MBW33C3 GERMANY 98 547P SKF EXPLORER of Undersluice Gate in place of dismantled damaged bearing along with fixing 1 No. O-ring seal (internal & outer - 2 Nos.), gunmetal bushes - 2 Nos., roller pins of roller for locking of bearing- 1 No., Seal plate, nuts & bolts (provided as per Sr.No.1 above) & greasing of the bearing, testing and commissioning - complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of 1 No. Spherical Roller Bearing SKF 22330CC/C3W33 GERMANY X357 SKF EXPLORER of Spillway Gate in place of dismantled damaged bearing along with fixing of O-ring, 1 Nos. seal (internal & outer - 2 Nos.), gunmetal bushes - 2 Nos., roller pins of roller for locking of bearing- 1 Nos, Seal plate, nuts & bolts (provided as per Sr.No.1 above) & greasing of all the bearings testing and commissioning etc.- complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
