S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section unframed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn, timber fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition PCC as in Roofs pedding(incl APP mebrane chajjas and similar item complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top as specified and directed:- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be less applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Supply only Integral liquid Proofing Compound, conforming to IS 2465-1975 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as spfd and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over a coat of pink primer, tint to achieve glossy finish, complete all as specified and directed.
