Fabrication, providing and fitting of T- Junction, dismantling joints and delivery pipe for Lift Irrigation Scheme Aadipora.

Cost on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of T- Junction to the delivery side of the pumping units fabricated out of MS 5mm thick sheet of 350 mm dia by means of cutting, rolling and welding using superior quality electrodes to join the two deliveries of the VT 10 cusec pumps. The job includes fabrication, providing and fitting of 350mm dia MS easy 90 degree bend fabricated out of 5mm thick MS sheet to the delivery manifold of one of the pumping unit installed at Lift Irrigation Scheme Aadipora. The bend shall be provided and fitted with 12mm thick flanges to both its ends as per latest relevant IS code. The job includes manufacturing, providing and fitting of the dismantling MS flanged joints to the delivery fittings as per the site requirement to be fitted in the fitting chamber of the scheme. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts, bolts and RI cloth as per the standard and desired size to the joints. The set up shall be provided and fitted with the MS 350mm dia L-shaped 9 feet long pipe fabricated out of MS mm thick sheet at the appropriate spot by means of cutting and welding provided and fitted with flange at the open end with blind flange fitted at the end to use the scheme for dewatering purpose as and when needed. All tools and tackles including gas cutting tool, Gen set shall be arranged by the firm for completion of job. The broad band technical specifications involved are: i. Thickness of MS pipe : 5mm ii.
