Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective piano switch /socket on normal/modular switch board/ceiling rose/holders/ fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying/detecting defects in unserviceable wiring and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective MCBs SP /SPN/DPs/TPN any type, rectification of faulty due to loose connection in electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of U/S MCBs, U/S portion of conductor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying/detecting defects in unserviceable ceiling fan/exahaust fan/wall fan/ turbofan and rectifying the defects pertaining to genral servicing such as taking down defective fans any type, rectification of fault due to loose connection/u/s connecting wire, due to U/s capacitor, u/s due to lubrications, U/S hanging clamp etc rectified the same with tightening of loose connections, replacement of U/S conneting wire, repacement of U/S capacitor, servicing by opeing /dismentling fan cleaning the bearing and lubricating the same etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Load balancing on three phase DBs of buildings inclding checking of load by using amp meter/tong tester rearreging the connections withing the DBs and providing copper lugs with wires tightening of all connection and testing and verify the lthe load current on each phase in persence of JE E/M/ Engr-incharge complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1.00 to 4.00 :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of sufficient trained technician (Electrician/helper ) will be provided by the contractor daily for two location ie harni camp and harni airfield baroda area as directed.During MES mela or any other occason the contractor will be arrage additional menpower to rectify the complaint with justified time. b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, lubricating oil/grease etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, capacitor, wires etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after receiving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

Checking/testing of Earth resistance value of earthing pits Installed inside harni camp and hari airfield area as requirement basis as directed by Engr in Charge or as schedule and making the damaged earthing serviceable by pouring salted water into earthing or making continuity by GI strips and bringing down the resistance value within specified limits. including maintenance of existing earthing by cleaning the earth chamber funnel and cleaning of vagetation surrouding earthing pit up to 2 mtr. complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The entire station will be divided into two zones as per earthing location and the contrcator will deploy seperate team for each zone to test the resistance value of earthings in each zone to complete the process within one month. The entire process will be repeated after every six months (half yearly) upto completion of the contract. (ii) one earthing testing in one season is measured one job. (iii) Digital Earth tester will be arrenge by the contractor his own. (iv) Date of testing and due date of testing is to be written on a register with sign of user rep & Engr-in Charge submitted to GE. (iv) Testing and correction action is to be done within one month from date of commencement i.e. approx 200 earthings is to be completed within one month. Thereafter on half yearly basis or as directed byEngr-in charge and same is to be completed within one month.The contractor has to deploy electrician with helper and testing equipment and all the resources to complete the task within one month. (v) If any material required for improvement of resistence value which value is more than their permissible limit will be measured and paid seperately.

Note (for item Ser No 38.00 to 43.00 above): (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of sunction boxes/modular cover plate and cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc for concealing the depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the portion of point wiring at for covering / fix sunken boards/terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size . (ii) Fittings like switches sockets regulators, lamp holders light fittings shall be measured and paid for seperatly of cencern item of Sch’A’. (iii)The contractor shall be responsible for doing point wiring as per the instruction of concerned JE(E/M) and AGE(E/M). Being maintenance work Contractor shall carry out single point wiring or associated work as per the direction of concerned JE(E/M). Delay in any work more than of 3 days after allocation will invite recovery at the double rate of quoted rate. Contractor shall depute a team of electrician and helper on daily basis at Darjipura Main receiving station to carry out maintenance within stipulated time.without fail

M & L for sub main wiring using with FRLS cable two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

M & L for sub main wiring using with FRLS cable two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit(as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge)accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .
