LABOUR CHARGES
Cartage of stock material from J.E. store center to nearest construction site including loading unloading complete
Charges for Installation of Air circuit Breker complete in all respects i.e. Providing stand of acb made of MS Angle of Proper size (50*50*6) as per weight of acb of 3FT height grouted in ground. Disconnection of existing cable from DTR terminal and fixing of new additional cable in ACB LT Distribution Board connecting DTR metering complete, Testing and comissioning of ACB connection using Al. lugs of proper size and Lugs will be provided by the supplier as per requird site and narrated by Engineer in charge of the work.
Charges for Providing chemical Earthing & Installation of complete earthing having size 60mm*3 mtr Long and connection with GI Strip provided by supplier as per specification. 2 no. per acb (1 for acb body and 1 fopr dtr neutral) as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges for Laying and sagging of LT XLPE cable 630/400 sq mm and proper crimping of Lugs with Al Strip as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges of Back carriage of Scrap material from site to store as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of Air Circuit Breaker Type complete L.T Distribution Board for 500 KVA/ 400 KVA, /250 KVA, DTRs Fitted with Rated Current 250A to 1600A, Inculding mircoprocessor relase IPR-1 mannual operated fixed type (4Pole as per IS:13947-2 & IEC :60947-2) Havells/ABB/Seimens make with pannel and mounting structure as per specification .
Supply of Al lugs 630 sqmm with 1ft Al Strip (1Cm) for connection as per UPCL specification (Only 4 no. used for one DTR at bushing side)
Supply of Al lugs 400 sqmm with 1ft Al Strip (1Cm) for connection as per UPCL specification (Only 4 no. used for one DTR at bushing side)
