1-Schedule 'A-I'(Supply of materials)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Operational and Simulation set up at 1 NOAPARA Training Institute mainly consisting of Software module for train Electronic Interlocking Studio and Train Control System with user manual and license key including one week training , with suitable AC-DC Converter and network switch For KYOSAN, SIEMENS, HITACHI, MEDHA Make EI of latest version. Inspection- Consignee.

Supply of VDU/Monitor (min 55 inch) as per attached technical specification. Inspection-Consignee.

Supply of Operation and simulation Setup as per attached technical specification. Inspection-Consignee.

Supply and fixing of frame of suitable dimension to house Operational and Simulations set up. Inspection- Consignee.

"Supply & Installation of 230 V AC / 3 KVA UPS (in hot stand by) system, with isolation transformer at input, SMF battery, battery rack and accessories, capable to provide back-up for 3 hrs. 5 as per RDSO SPEC. NO. RDSO / PE / SPEC / PS 0023 -2001 (REV - 1, AMD - 3) OR LATEST of Make-Su- KAM/Luminous/Microtek or other reputed brand, battery make: - Exide / Standard / Amaron / Amara Raja or similar for the backup of VDUs of EI. Note: - Manufacturing date of UPS & battery set should not be of older than 6 months at the time of supply to railway stores. UPS to be covered under 03 years warranty of manufacturer. Inspection-Consignee Note : Back up will be determined as per load."

Supply of PVC insulated indoor cable 16/0.2 mm. as per IRS -76/89 with amendment 2 or latest of RDSO approved vendor make. Materials to be supplied in different colours as per direction of Railway supervisor in Charge. Inspection- Consignee

Supply of Disconnect Terminal block for Four conductor with screw less Cage Clamp type/sliding switch disconnect as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/ 189/2004 version 1.2, for each conductor size upto 2.5 sq. mm. Each Terminal block equipped with two markers on top and bottom. 1 End plate & 2 end clamps per 20 terminals. Suitable rails f o r fitting terminal blocks. Inspection-Consignee

Supply of Hylam sheet, resin bonded, 10 mm thick, grade- P2, in standard size of 1.22m x 1.22m as per specification IS: 2036 of 1974 or latest. Inspection-Consignee

"Supply of Q-Series Neutral Line Relay (QN1 Type), 8F/8B, 24V DC complete with plug 9 board (base plate), connectors and retaining clips etc. and conforming to BRS- 930 and RDSO Specn.No. IRS: S-34 & S-23 with Amdt. upto date as applicable or latest. 2-Schedule 'A-II' (Execution)

Cutting of all types of pucca platforms surfaces, preparatory to trenching, trenching & refilling trench, 0.5m deep and restoration of the platform surface to original condition including laying of DWC pipe. DWC pipes will be supplied by Railway.

Taking the all types of cables inside Model Room, Location Boxes etc. and sealing of cable entry pit/hole complete with contractor's material.

Transportation and releasing of materials from Noapara model room to Signal store at Noapara and Telecom store/KKHG (This includes dismantle, loading and unloading of released equipments and other allied released materials as decided by Railway site Engineer)

Any other items (Technical or Non-technical) which have been covered \not covered in Sch-A-I & II of works will be operated from the similar item of accepted valid work order or contract agreement of Railway or market rate analysis.

Supply of wall mount and table top (both) Digital clocks . Inspection by consignee.

Supply of 24 port L-2 Non-PoE switch with 2 SFP ports with 3 years warranty complying Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/83/2020 Rev.2.0 or latest. Make: Cisco or similar. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of 8Port POE Ethernet Switch (2 Port SFP) (D-Link or Similar). Inspection by consignee.

Supply of 19 Inch 9U racks along with all accessories like power strip, MCB, Fantray, Patch Panel etc. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of 6U Rack with 19 inch standard dimension, wall mounting, front glass door with lock and two key, with rack fixing Multi point AC power strip, cable organiser with wall fixing screws. Make: CP Plus, D-Link, or better. Inspection by consignee.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 2U/3U/4U/6U/9U/12U rack with 19 inch standard dimension as per instruction of Engineer in charge. It includes supply of all the accessories for fixing of the same.

Supply of STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) CAT-6 Cable compliant with TIA/EIA-568-B2-1 or latest., D-link or Similar. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of IO Box with all accessories. Specification: Type: 1x Keystone Jack + 1x Gang Box + 1x Single Socket Face Plate, Suitable for CAT6 / CAT6E, Connector Type: Ethernet, RJ45. Make: D-Link/Digisol/Digilink or better. Inspection by consignee.

Fixing of IO Box as per instruction of in charge.

Supply of RJ 45 Metal shielded Connector For UP Link connector. Inspection by consignee. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of RJ-45 connector. Make: D-link or better. Inspection by consignee.

Supply of 25 mm (1 inch) PVC conduit pipe rigid plain ended conduit size IS:9537 (part-3) or latest and 9537 (Part-1) 1980 with latest amendment ISI marked with minimum 1.2 mm wall thickness & minimum one socket at every 3 meter pipe. Inspection by consignee.

Transportation and fixing of PVC Conduit pipe/channel/casing caping on wall or structure with drawls of Telecom/Power/Data cable with proper finishing. This includes supply of fixing materials including flexible pipe/bend etc. as required during course of execution.

Supply of requisite power supply ( 3 KVA UPS) with 120 minutes battery back up. (Installation to be done by contractor). Inspection by consignee.

Supply of N Router 750 mbps (D Link or Similar). Inspection by consignee.

Miscellaneous accessories (HDMI Splitter, FDMS, Pig tail etc) Inspection by consignee.
