Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soil for taking out /laying of GI water tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix MS pipe line of 200 mm bore medium grade, 6 mm thick (ERW) including MS specials but excluding flanged joint with flanges and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for supply/fixing/testing of MS pipe line 150mm dia Medium grade 4.85mm thick ERW including MS specials but excluding flanged joint with flanges measured under relevent item and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 cement morter including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including dismantling taking out unserviceable plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for MS structural steel work for cover frame with MS sheet including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black synthetic enamel paint including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillar to support the pipe lines including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unservicaeble GI pipe of including short length (up to 6m) following sizes from gallaries/walls and supply and fix GI pipe ISI marked medium grade 25 mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No 10.00 above but of size 40 mm bore

All as per item No 10.00 abvove but of size 80 mm bore

Supply, fix, install test and commissioning CI sluice valve flanged type 100 mm dia PN 1.0 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14.00 above but of size 80mm bore

Supply & Fix in repair 50 mm bore gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dismantling of loose fitted on wall or hanging on wall, GI pipe of size 25mm and refixing properly to wall with new GI clamp, screws, washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dismantling of loose fitted on wall or hanging on wall, GI pipe of size 40 to 50 mm and refixing properly to wall with new GI clamp, screws, washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending water leakage of fresh water complaints up to 50mm GI pipe at any location inside ND (V) area and replacing the spares , wherever required and restore the water supply complete all as specified and as directed.. Note : Replacement of new GI fittings up to 50mm in place of unserviceable one shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply & fix cast iron sluice valve flange type of 200 mm dia PN 1.0 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type confirming to IS-14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolts and washers including taking down existing unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Venus/Upadhyaya

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/CI collar etc., as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pupms, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and as directed for the bore of CI/DI pipe 150mm. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . (iii) labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings Note 2:-CI/DI/MS fittings shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items

Material & labour for painting to old / new steel surfaces of MS/GI pipe lines with one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement of flange joints gusket suitable for CI/MS/DI flanged water mains after dismantling at least 12mtr pipe at both side of joint and jointing with new rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers including taking out old perished rubber gasket, nuts bolts and washers for 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
