Either Principal or authorized agent shall register their Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) (Class 3- signing & encryption). DSC shall be registered for the authorized person and all transactions done using that DSC against tenders shall be taken as valid communication and shall be binding on principal/agent and is valid legally.
