REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, ROOF SHEET, FALSE CEILING AND WALL PANELING AT AF STATION BHOWALI.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof/terrace other than ground floor etc, including existing roof treatment of any description not exceeding 15cm thickness as directed and specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound while concrete surface is green and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and direct.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof top etc complete all as specified

Supply & providing water proofing roof treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aqua flex manufactured by M/s Bengal Bitumen, MULTIPLAS STANDARD, manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/ Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd or equivalent as approved by EIC, having 10 years guarantee for water tightness complete all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including cleaning surface all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing with 3 mm thick APP polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/ MULTIPLAS STANDARD consisting of 100 micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed (c) Aluminium bituminous paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed only through authorised applicator certified by Manufacturer's.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for MS steel Hollow Section work in tubular trussles, purlins, rafter, tubler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming IS-4963,1993 and IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed
