Repair of Spillway glacis beyond RD 98 m including Flip Bucket, Appron and Guide Walls of Dam, DGPS

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags (Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specification

Dismantling of Structures-Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.-By Manual Means-Reinforced Cement Concrete

Supplying dowels/anchors including straightening, cutting, bending all complete. HYSD bars

Drilling of 32mm dia, 0.5 m deep holes in base slab concrete including all cost of labours, materials, equipments as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fixing 25 mm dia. L shaped anchors between base concrete and HPC by injecting Epoxy Grout including all cost of labours, materials, equipments as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. HYSD bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for-Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing, Mixing and applying bounding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge complete in all respect Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.2 Sqm/kg of approved make.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying High Performance Cementitious Mortar (based on EN 1504-3(R4)) for filling the cracks, voids & mall cavity on exposed/eroded concrete surface as per Technical Specification. Generally the thickness of layer for application of High performance Cemetetious repair Mortar shall be 10-20mm(1-2 layers) complete finished.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications-RCC Grade M25 Using concrete Mixer

Providing and laying of high performance concrete M65/A20 as per specification, proper compaction, curing including the cost of all materials, carriage and labour etc. with all lead and lift complete finished item.
