Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L Providing precast reinforcement cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes,drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas,water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces , type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggre) as in sub base for tiles in floors .

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Heavy duty parking coloured tiles 10 to 12mm thick of size not less than 300mm x 300mm, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

S&F in Repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.20 to 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75-85 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc.

Restraining resecuring including making good galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc.

Supply & fix in repair galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) & fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire all as specified & as directed & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete.

S&F, MS flat iron for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm long.

Supply only 10 mm dia round bars in available lengths

Supply only mild steel galavanized chain link fencing of any size or type including line wire straing bending binding etc all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregeate) as louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid),set in CM 1:6 including all mouldings and demolition & removel of old material from site but excluding frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregeate) as in pillars with jafari of size not less than 0.10mX0.10mX0.90m with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even complete all specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint , over a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered , framework of water tanks, manhole cover frame work and similar work conforming to Fe.290. grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantting of AC/CGI/Fibre glass sheet corrugated/ semi corrugated sheet & ridge in roof covering Complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling all as specified

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid for Exposed metal frame ceiling (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed any position with nails

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor all as directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.
