Supply and fixing of 45 HP Open well submersible motor pump set.

OD206233/2025-2026:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make Open Well Submersible Pump Set with Bronze/SS impellers, SS shaft and CI casing with SS sleeves, suitable for a duty condition of 30 LPS discharge at 75 m head, including supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a KWA pre-qualified reputed make Open Well Submersible Squirrel Cage Induction Motor of 45 HP, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz conforming to ISI/IE rules, complete with suitable size FRLS 3-core cable. The work includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a reputed make, suitably rated soft starter for the above motor pump set with GSM-based mobile operated module, over-voltage, under-voltage protection, single-phasing preventer, overload and motor protection relays. Also includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a suitable panel board for the above motor pump set, installed at a height of 1.8 m above floor level for flood protection with MS fabricated foundation structure, access steps, rubber mats, and all necessary accessories such as MCCB, indicator lamps, voltmeter, ammeter etc. The work further includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cable from panel board to starter and motor, providing suitable earthing with GI/Copper plate or pipe as per IE standards, and supplying and commissioning of suitably rated ISI-marked capacitor to maintain power factor above 0.95. The item also includes supply, erection, testing and commissioning of reputed make heavy-duty sluice valve and non-return valve of PN16 rating with proper RCC supports, supply and fixing of 12 m length of best quality GI/MS delivery pipe (minimum 8 mm thick) with flanges, nuts, bolts, and specials, and fixing of one 100 mm dia calibrated oil-filled pressure gauge with all accessories. The rate shall be inclusive of the cost of motor, pump, starter, panel, cables, earthing, capacitor, valves, delivery line, and all incidental works, including maintenance of the pump set during the two-year guarantee period, complete as directed.

OD206262/2025-2026: Lifting of existing 35 HP open well submersible motor pump set carefully without causing any damage to the pump or motor, including disconnecting of electrical and mechanical connections, removal from the sump/well, conveying and stacking the pump set safely at the location as directed by the departmental officials.The work also including removal of the existing 150 mm sluice valve (SLV) and non-return valve (NRV) without causing any damage to the valves, cleaning, conveying, and stacking the same at the designated place as directed by the officials.Including of all labour, tools, tackles, lifting arrangements (chain pulley block, tripod, lifting frame, etc.), safety measures, supervision, and incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

50.12.3.1:Providing asbestos corrugated sheets roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J,or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

13.62.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .

OD206293/2025-2026:Dismantling of existing roof structure at Tarur WTP,having a total area of 100 sq.ft. including carefully taking down asbestos cement (A.C.) roofing sheets, M.S. truss/frame members, purlins, doors, and connected fixtures, stacking the serviceable materials within a lead of 50 m and disposing of unserviceable materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding, safety gear (asbestos-handling precautions), and all incidental charges, complete as directed.

10.2:Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
