Work of strengthing, repairing and painting of chain link security fencing from both sides at 400KV Substation Rishikesh

Cleaning of Grass Both Sides having One Mtr. Width around the Chain Links of Security Fencing of 400 kV Sub Station, Virbhadra (Rishikesh).

Uprooting of creeper (csy@yrk;sa) on chain link security fencing (approx height = 2.4 mtr.) then throwing the same 50 meter away from substation premises area, complete work including all labour, material and T&P etc.

Removing rust from chain link security fencing and fixing the strip/steel bar for jointing the cutting fencing around 400 kV switch yard with the help of welding machine, nut bolt, all T&P, material and labour provided by the contractor for completion of work.

Providing and fixing of galvanized barbed wire with mild steel and 5 inchs barbed spacing with all accessories & standard specification including all labour and T&P etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of including the cost of shuttering-All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) at various places.

Apply two coat of best quality snow sum paint on toe wall after cleaning the dust/soil for the same. Work complete in all respect as per direction of site incharge including the cost of paint, Labour and T&P etc.

Painting of chain link security fencing (approx height = 2.4 Mtr.) both side in around 400 kV switch yard at 400 KV S/S Rishikesh including following works. A) Removable of rust by emery paper and steel wire brush. B) One coat primer of red oxide zinc chromate primer confirming IS 2074 c) 2 coat good quality Silver paint (preferably Asian, Nerolac & Dulux paint) All labour, material & T&P should provided by the contractor on his own cost for completion of work.
