The tenderer should have at least three years experience in providing security services in State/ Central Government Departments/ organizations, public sector/ Banks and Financial Institutions, KPTCL / ESCOMs etc.

The tenderer should have provided similar security services in State/ Central Government Departments/ Organizations, Public sector/ Private Companies / Banks and Financial Institutions, KPTCL /ESCOMs of contract value not less than 50% of amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 20.98 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least one reputed Organization for a minimum period of 12 months during the last three financial years.

Power of attorney

The tenderer shall be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour / Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing Security services

The tenderer should have valid license from Additional Director General of Police, Internal Security Division, GOK / Additional secretary to Govt & Controlling Authority (PSARA), GOK, for providing security services.

All self-declaration and undertakings as per tender document

The tenderer should have achieved in atleast two financial years (in the last five years (i.e.FY 2021-2022 to 2025-2026) an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 41.95 Lakhs.
