Excavation manually in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable/pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches jointing and testing of centrifugally cast (spun) 150 mm bore ductile iron pipes grade K-7, conforming to IS:8329 (2000) and ISI marked in available length with internal metalic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating suitable for push on joints (Tyton) in any length, complete all as specified and directed. (Notes:- Necessary joints deemed to be included in quoted rate of item)

M&L for horizontal boring below pavement/road in soft/loose soil for crossing 150 mm bore pipe ines , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron Sluice valve suitable for 150mm bore pipe. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 780, ISI marked with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including jointing materials such as rubber/ fiber board packing rings/ gasket with requisite nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for run lead joints suitable for socket and spigot pipe and pipe fittings for 150 mm bore of pipe including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting of existing CI pipe line 150mm dia for inserting tees of 150mm dia including jointing materials and Tee complete all as specified and drirected.

M&L for construction of valve chamber 600mmX600mmX600mm internal size suitable for valves with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation and brick wall in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for coping, rendering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick fixed on 40X40X6mm angle iron frame work with two coats of synthatic enamel black paint over a coatof red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.
