Providing, Fixing and Installation of Solar Street Lights in various villages affected by Jamrani Dam Project in Block Bhimtal, Distt. Nainital of Uttarakhand

Providing, fixing and installation, testing and commissioning of 30W semi-integrated Solar Street Lights comprising a 30W BRIDGELUX LED luminaire (150–160 lm/W, driver efficiency >90.5%), 75 Wp poly/mono-crystalline solar panel, 12.8V/36Ah BIS-approved LiFePO₄ battery, and minimum 6 m G.I. pole, complete with all accessories, wiring, earthing, mounting arrangements and civil works. The system shall provide full-night backup and operate on PWM charging with overcharge (14.5V), load reconnect (12.9V), deep discharge (11.2V ±1V), short-circuit, reverse-current, temperature-compensation and battery reverse-polarity protection, along with charging and battery-status indicators. The pole shall be installed vertically with a minimum embedment depth of 0.75 m and secured in an M20 concrete foundation of 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.75 m. The complete system shall conform to BIS specifications and MNRE guidelines and carry a 5-year comprehensive warranty. Each solar street light shall have a weather-resistant metallic identification plate displaying “Jamrani Dam Multipurpose Project”, the name and address of the contractor/service provider, and at least two complaint contact numbers, which shall remain operational for 5 years from installation; any change in contact details shall be updated on all identification plates at no additional cost to the Employer.
