Other than MSMEs Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply the similar nature of equipment type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 5.88 Lakhs or 80% of the quantity required in at least one of the last three years 2022-23 to 2024-25 to any Central/State Govt. Organization/ULB and shall be in operating condition at the time of bidding. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.or For MSMEs Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Government Departments for an amount of 2.94 Lakhs /(40% of the requirement of the quantity) required in at least one of the last three years 2022-23 to 2024-25. MSEs Registration certificate should be uploaded.Or For manufacturer authorization Certificate should be Uploaded who must have Tested manufactured and Supplied up to at least 2.21 Lakhs or (30% of the required quantity) in at least one of the last three years 2022-23 to 2024-25

MSMEs -The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 4.35 Lakhs in any one year during the last 3 financial years(2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25) MSMEs registration certificate should be uploaded, Other than MSMEs -The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 8.70 Lakhs in any one year during the last 3 financial years(2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25) CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs 2.21 Lakhs (Unconditional Letter of credit from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by nationalized banks
