Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m deep as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft walls, cesspit, manhole etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for broken brick aggregate hard core of gauge not exec 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed toa true surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in path or paveway or plinth protection etc. finished rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick and the surface is finished rough to receive the topping layer.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply of Liquid water proofing compound

Excavating post holes (or similer holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out,returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distence n.exc 50m making gd surface soft/loose soil surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel in joist channel angle or Tee section fxed indipendently wthout connecting plates etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

S&F froof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 mm thick over screed base including cutting & polishing etc complete

All as per item No.19 above but as in dado/skirting, riser etc to be cutting required size.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cm 1:4

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation spreding and levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressed multicoloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick with gray cement and pigment M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 65 mm bore steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-979 grade St-240 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with gray pigment of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slury in floors over a layer of 15 mm thick CM (1:4) screed bed all as specified and as directed.

Schedule'A' Part-I: E & M works

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping (ISI Mark) with all accessories including providing sunk cast pressed steel terminal boxes off size made out of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly painted with black bitumen paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet(HYLUM BRAND) top cover alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded(FRLSH) copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as continous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified

One light / Fan / Bell Point controlled by one way switch 5 Amp.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps, independent, with cables 4 Sq. mm size

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size.

M & L for surface sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC casing caping / PVC conduit size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multistranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of casing capping / conduit will be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fixing Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5/6 Amp, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 15 Amp, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x 50mm , two to three terminals complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing fan regulator 100/120 watt step type AC 220 volts complete all as specified and as directed

Material&Labour PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 175 x 100 x 50mm .

Supply and fixing switch socket combination, 2 in 1, 3 pin 6 / 16 Amp, piano flush type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp piano complete all as specified & directed.

S &F Miniature circuit breaker single pole and neutral 10 Amps to 40 Amps, 230 volt, 10 KA, C-curve all as specified and directed. (a) SP 5 to 32 Amp

Supplying and Laying testing XLPE insulated steel wire / strip armoured cable 10 Sqmm 4 Core heavy duty, 1100 volt grade, multistranded aluminum conductor cable laid into trench, passing through pipe, ducts, making electrical connection over pole/ panl at one end and into the MCB DB's /Main switch / Change over switch through proper lugs/ thimbles at the another en, having following nominal cross sectional area all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
