PLASTERING

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Ranking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with duecare and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaningthe surface for re pointing / refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to theduping ground with in 50 metre lead.

ROOFING WORKS

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:mm(+0.05%)total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpasteel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat15-18 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws complete:Ridges plain (500-600mm)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoidscratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metreor as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/selftapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch inhorizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters andtrusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

TILE WORKS

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approvedmake, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thickcement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints withwhite cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified bythe manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cementmortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured)as per IS : 14862, with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc. complete(frame work to be paid separately) :6 mm thick cement board

Electrical Labour works Dismantling of existing ceiling fan, light fittings, Switch Boards, DB Boards (SPN &TPN) using mechanical means or physical means without disturbing the overall structure of proposed area. All items dismantled and shall be made a checklist for returning back to concerned Authorities. All items shall be verified by Electrical Engineer (HLL) before handing over. If any working product is damaged during transit, the same shall be replaced without any additional claim.

DOCUMENTATION AND METER BOARD FIXING - "Charges for replacing existing energy meter and getting approval from KSEB, arranging inspection, getting sanction from KSEB, obtaining power allocation if necessary & power connection etc. for commissioning of the whole installation in the premises. All statutory payments will be reimbursed on production of the original receipts
