MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN B/R ASSETS IN OMQ AREA AT AF STN BAREILLY UNDER GE(AF) BAREILLY

B&R PORTION : M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as directed.

M&L for applying 2mm (average) thickness white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on wall using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Item No. 3 & 4 : The work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer of paints as approved by GE).

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles first quality 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) nano polished single charged (light shade) area of each tile not exc. 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.]

All as per item No. 21.00 above but on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, walls etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for digital coloured light shade glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 600 mm x10 mm thick as on vertical surface such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and coloured cement to match the surface of tile with over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 350 mm x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION : Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with existing surface all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring any type and size (aluminium/ copper) including batten/ conduit and making good disturbed surface to match with existing surface all as specified.
