(i) Painting work inside Auxiliary building (ii) Epoxy paint in fountains inside water body & Rain water gutter at terrace of New R&D lab and auxiliary building at IPR Campus, Bhat, Gandhinagar - 382428”

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.scaffolding to be done as directed by Engineer in charge at all heights(up to 8 meter), in all floors.All Machines and instruments to be covered with polybag before starting the process of scrapping Note:- Removing of emulsion paint, white wash, oil paint or enamel paint for Internal wall, exterior paint on external wall (including washing), wood work, steel work etc. by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper etc. to receive fresh coat of paint is also covered under item.

Providing and applying white cement based putty two or more coat to achieve required finish on wall, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Note:-for internal walls only, Rates includes scaffolding and sand papering of wall after putty. The thickness of putty should be 0.50 mm or more. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : All Machines and instruments to be covered with polybag before starting the process of priming. Note:- For Internal wall only, rates includes scaffolding. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour In TWO coat.Scaffolding to be done as directed by engineer in charge at all heights (Up to 8 meter),in all floors.All Machines and instruments to be covered with polybag before starting the process of painting. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC

Removing Rust, old paint, bitumin primer, and the like by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper, Grinding to receive fresh coat of primer. Appropriate thinner / rust remover / or suitable removing chemical and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.

Finishing with 2 pack Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate two coats of priming coat with epoxy primer grey, preparation of MS surface, etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. On MS gutter at the terrace of the building work on new /old work. Note:-Paint will be applied on Mild steel , Rates includes scaffolding. The surface area of MS members (roof gutters) will be measured and paid.

Supplying of SELF DAN waterproofing bituminous tape -Self-adhesive, 100 mm wide, 1.5 mm thick, Mass per unit area -1.2 kg/m². Composed of a SBS modified bitumen mastic, using as protective material on the upper side of the sheet aluminium foil (60 micron) in natural colour. (only supply of material)

However measurements of fully treated doors and windows will be taken as per relevant IS code. Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. (channel, angle, plate, flat etc) as per site required works.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. For All kind of soil Note: Excavation need to be done Manually as per site condition.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Sand faced plaster- 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough using wooden gutka. Note- This item is for patch work including any lead and list for all heights

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete with 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe.

Providing and constructing BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar as per mixes stipulated below using approved well burnt bricks of "CLASS DESIGNATION" (Classification as per I.S.1077-1986) as specified below, including raking out joints 10mm deep wherever required, curing, etc; complete at all lead and lifts all as per specifications (The mix ratio specified is for cement : coarse sand) USING BRICKS OF CLASS DESIGNATION "3.5"(Minimum Average Compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/sqmm) In foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6. Providing and fixing 20-40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. (Rough or polished dholpur stone flooring)

Extra for additional lead for shifting of earth/any debries beyond 50 metre or part there of beyond 1st 50 metre up to 2 KM meter, including By mechanical loading, unloading and stacking

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : NOTE: All fitting works shall be carried out as per I.S specifications including necessary rivets, screws, lugs, scaffolding, etc., complete all generally as per drawings. The sizes of the components should confirm as per details in drawings. The cost also included for sliding arrrangements including locking arrangements of sliding window. Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Chromium plated Brass lock 6 levers 100mm of approved quality aluminum door lock with two keys, suitable either to single or double leaf shutters including removing of existing old door lock from existing door frames, making necessary recess in existing aluminum frame and fixing the new door lock with CP. Brass steel screws, etc.; complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates, Hinge etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes Note- for Hollow box section

Structural steel work for base plates, gussets plates, stiffeners, connecting plates etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F 50 MM PUF insulated Panel with flat Ribbed sheet at top and bottom side 0.45 mm TCT color Coated GI Sheet with PUF as Insulation Sandwich Panel in between including closing of all the ends of PUF using appropriate GI sheet of required size and shape, the panel should be manufactured by pressure injection of CFC free Polyurethane foam at 38 + 2 Kg/m3 density, in between the outer and inner steel sheet surfaces and should be supplied in single length up to 6.00 meter or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5 x required length) with EPDM seal, silicon sealant at joints complete up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussed and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including all materials labour, scaffolding, wastage, tools, tackles, equipment, transportation all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. All overlaps shall be sealed with silicon sealants. Roof should be water tight. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel grade & shall have a Zinc Coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 Microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the Sheet & Polyester top Coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. The PPGI Sheets/PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation.

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner - M10 x 100 with Epoxy resin anchor grout (chemical) including drilling in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of bolts fixed at the site.

Providing and fixing compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make “Sundek, bloom, Bakelite, century or equivalent” inside wooden/Aluminimum partition / door etc; complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid. The cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape.

Removing and re- fixing at decided locations of existing aluminium/ Gypsum/Compact sheet/glass partitions, doors, windows as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing of EPDM rubber gasket for aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters/Glass and partitions etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
