1 Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber

for making a base for road work including removing the

excavated stuff and depositing on the road side slope as

directed upto 50Mt.lead.

2 Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods,

dressing with all lead and lift (excluding watering and

consolidation)(E) From Borrow area within 3.0 Km. lead.

3 Rolling of earthwork in layers with power roller including

filling in depressions which occur during the process.

4 Watering of earth work as directed.

5 Providing and laying of wet mix base course macadam of

150mm each leyar using machine crushed chips as per

required gradation mixing with required optimum

quantity of water conveting the mix to site and spreading

in to grade and camber with machinery paver,

consolidation with vibratory road rolling includig

materials In Two Layes.

6 Rolling and consolidation of soiling including filling in

depression which occur during the process, with power

roler 8 tonne to 12 tonne.

7 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :

coarse sand : 6 Machine cut stone aggregate 40mm

nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of

formwork in (a) Foundation and plinth.

8 Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-200

grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work

using cement content as per approved Design Mix

manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and

transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up

to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer,

manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for

reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of

R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the

cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement

including cost of admixtures in recommended

proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting

of concrete, improve workability without impairing

strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer -

in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per

latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 400 kg ).

9 Providing and using of quartz base non metallic, dry

shake natural aggregate Concrete Surface Hardner of

approved made and manufacture @ 2 kg/ Sq.mt.

10 Providing and using Polyester Fiber (12mm) with

triangular or equivalent cross section with specific gravity

1.35 to 1.40 (as a secondary reinforcement) in concrete of

any grade at the rate of 125 gms. (1-Packet of 125 gms.)

per 50 kg. of cement consumption.
