Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground floor and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as directed

Use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), type A-1, 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of neck (machine made), with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description including preparation of surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even & smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.. Note : The quoted rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5mtr clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall/concrete surfaces and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour prer-polished cement concrete chequered tiles 20cm X 20cm X 25 mm thick, heavy duty, machine pressed, factory made, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 2.5Kg per Sqm in floors over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour Precast cement concrete, 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 450mm x 300mm x 120mm with fair faces including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating with necessary form work and including setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed Note : The quoted rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistent primer on newly plastered or concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
