Outsourcing of Maintenance of Public Gardens in Cantonment Area.

Maintaining the hedges for the one year including watering etc. complete all as specified in Haryana PWD Schedule of rates item no.33.20. Patel Park= 1500 Rm CBA Lake Park=190 Rm KSI Park,Allenby line = 322 Rm Chavni Sarovar=650 Rm Note: Payment will be made as per actual measurement of Hedges of the Parks.

Maintenance of Lawn with fine grassing for one year including watering etc. all as specified in Haryana PWD Schedule of rates item no.33.18. as per Scope of Work/terms and conditions of Tender Documents. App. Area of Patel Park=58240 Sm. App.Area of Mall Road Park=8760 Sm. App. Area of CBA Lake Park=15600 Sm. App. Area of KSI Park,Allenby line = 2838 Sm. App. area of chavni Sarovar=3000 Sm. Note: Payment will be made as per actual measurement of Area of the Parks.

Maintenance of Water body including cleaning water,removal of green algae and water hyacinth,cultivation of fishes,duck,turtles,cleaning & desilting of inlet/outlet chamber daily ,Maintaining a non motorized service boat for cleaning,chlorination and addition of Lime powder as per scope of work.(Area of Water body is 9000 sm)

Planting & Maintenance of flower beds (seasonal) for one year (Summer & Winter) including preparation of beds, ploghing, hoeing, watering, farm yard manure (FYM) etc complete in all respect as directed by garden supervisor/CEO. Note: (1) The plants/Seedling will be supplied by Cantt. Board. (2) In case of mortality of plant, the plant of same height & species shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. (3) Payment will be made as per actual measurement of Area of the flower beds.

Maintenance of toilets (i.e Two blocks at patel Park,1 block at Mall Road Park,2 w/c seats in CBA Lake and 2 w/c seats in Chavni sarovar) including repair /replacement of Taps,valves etc. as per scope of work.
